        They took my money for the application fee. Refused to refund it. I make over 100k/year with a solid rental history. They wouldn't work with me at all. Seems like they are scamming people for application fees. Don't waste your time with these people.

        Our family has lived at The Islands for five years now. The office staff (Becky, Katie, and Stacy) are amazing. The maintenance team is also friendly and timely. Grounds are kept neat and clean. We highly recommend if moving to the James Island area.

        Love my apartment! Living here is like living in a sanctuary. We have all kinds of birds, turtles, deer and yes even alligators to look at. So nice to have a walkable and safe environment to live in. Staff is great and they always address my concerns quickly. Life is good here amongst the palm trees!
