The year flew by way too fast! I loved my stay at 35 Folly, and if the circumstances permit it I would love to reside there again! My experience with the staff both in the Front Office and in the Maintenance department were well above standards. Any issue was handled professionally, promptly, and always with a positive attitude! I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone considering it! Would give them an extra star if I could!

I can not say enough good things about this place! Stephen and the staff in the leasing office are great! The controlled access is amazing and makes me feel safe. Totally Recommend!

I've been so pleased with my experience at 35 Folly! This property is gorgeous and conveniently located to avoid Charleston traffic. Maintenance issues have been minimal and resolved quickly when present, and Stephen in the office is always ready to assist with any questions about my lease. I highly recommend this community to anyone searching for a new home in Charleston!

Moving has always been a nuisance to me and a pain in the behind until I dealt with Ms Parker and the rest of the building management. They have put in the extra effort to keep in touch with me throughout my application process. Because of their first come first serve parking and living on the top floor, they advised me to wait for an adjustment on signing my lease to save a bit of $$$. Thank god there are building managements in the Charleston area that isn't trying to rob you.
Move in day, I was greeted by the staff with positive attitude and made me feel welcomed about the place I was going to make my home. This is the first time I am living by myself and Ms Parker and the company guided me through the whole process. They didn't just point out where the loading bay and bigger elevator car was, they walked me to it. They literally will go the extra mile to settle you in. They were even going to give me a tour of the amenities but I had friends who lived on this building years ago and was familiar a good bit of it.
I get that the building is older than some of the luxury apartments around the Charleston area but everything in my unit is almost immaculate. I left my move-in inventory check list empty as there is nothing broken or bound to be broken.
The community is friendly but quiet. Moving from a building downtown full of college degenerates it is an absolute shift of an atmosphere.
Cheers to the 35 Folly building management. Keep on doing what y'all are doing.

I moved to this complex after having a horrible experience living in a luxury apartment complex downtown. The staff here are remarkably helpful, the building is so conveniently located immediately over the bridge that I never hit traffic, and my new apartment is really nice quality. I had some issues that were very quickly resolved and the staff communicated with me well through the whole process. I really like it here. I would recommend touring here if youre new to Charleston and want to live close to the hospital or downtown but dont want to suffer with downtown parking/prices/terrible quality apts!
