The Charthouse Apartments

Didnt live here, but mostly because they wont give anyone an opportunity to sign a lease or answer any phone calls. Ive contacted them probably about 10 times now and never hear anything back, and never get my phone calls picked up. They obviously dont want anyone to sign a lease. Have no idea how youre supposed to get information about this apartment when nobody will answer you. The absolute worst experience Ive ever had in apartment hunting. Didnt even have the pleasure to tour, but Im sure it wouldnt have been a pleasure given the lack of care they show their tenants.

It is almost impossible to get someone from the management company to return calls, texts or emails. Calling local property manager is usually futile as no one answers or returns calls . I love my apartment but their management leaves a lot to be desired,especially correcting their errors.

Lived in mold for over a year. Management is a joke. Maintenance men are rude and completely stupid. One of the maintenance men broke in through my bedroom window as I was sleeping because I didnt answer the door. I was not informed they were even coming. This place needs major help.

I have tried multiple times to get information on renting one of their apartments but no one has even acknowledged my emails or voicemails. I would have loved to get more information on renting but maybe it is a blessing no one ever contacted me back... If they won't respond to someone raising their hand asking for information on renting one of their apartments then I would hate to see their response time if a tenant actually has an issue.
