I would give this property management team negative stars if I could. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX. I woke up this morning to find that my car had been towed from a legal parking place that I was legally parked in. When I go to the office to inquire if my vehicle had been towed, they have been towing vehicles like crazy here for some reason, the office staff was completely unprofessional, unhelpful, rude, and condescending to myself and my girlfriend. Even when I asked for her supervisors information she was very snarky and told me not to even bother calling her today because she was driving. It is such a shame that this team has ruined this complex for me. The property itself and the amenities are amazing but I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone because of how I was treated by this team. Furthermore I am shocked at how the sterling management group have allowed this to continue after I know several complaints from other tenants have already been filed against this management team. AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM HERE AND BE WARY OF ALL OF THE STERLING GROUPS PROPERTIES!
