    I absolutely love living here, have been for 8 months. The only reason I am moving soon is for a city relocation. Management and maintenance team is very friendly, responsive, efficient, and helpful. Im scouring reviews for apartments in my next city so I felt compelled to write one here. I rent a 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor and its clean and quiet. Management takes noise complaints seriously and was very happy that after I spoke with them about my next door neighbors dog frequently barking for hours straight while staring into my sunroom from next door while the owner was gone (Assuming) it never happened again. Elevator is an awesome perk obviously. Zero parking or safety issues. For an apartment its been very quiet (maybe I got lucky with my upstairs neighbor). AC + hot water is wonderfully efficient and I never run out of hot water. I literally take a bath daily I love the garden bath tub very much, dont think I can do back to a small tub again I am now spoiled. Pool is luxurious and i love that its in the middle of the complex so its hidden from the roads. Never crowded ( though I always went mid-day during the weekday) only downside is smoking is allowed around the pool but maybe thats normal for any complex... once it was bothersome to me but a minimal issue. The trees are beautiful, and do block out the sun at certain times of day, for certain parts of the patio but if youre willing to seat hop to chase the sun in the late afternoon its fine. 2 downsides if you rent a non-balcony with sunroom unit in building 200 or 300 like I am. You will hear major highway noise constantly. Its lessened this month due to covid which makes me very happy. The trees between the complex and the highway are beautiful and I love my view, but the noise is very difficult for me to cope with (Im not used to it and it keeps me on edge). The large storm windows in the sunroom do not open because they are so heavy. Mwaintence tried to help open and they wouldnt budge. Even if you do open the other windows in the apartment the highway noise is unbearable, so I only opened them for air while i was away. I would recommend renting a unit with a screened in patio to be further away from the highway and be able to get fresh air with less traffic noise. After living here and now the pool patio closed due to covid I realized the lack of fresh air is bothering me so Ill be getting a balcony in my next spot. Another downside if you opt out Of a balcony and take a sunroom, is that you and your neighbor can see into each others apartment from your bedroom window into their sunroom and Vice Versa. Not an issue if you close blinds at night and Im sure no one will sit next to their window to stare at you but worth mentioning. Of course they cant see the bulk of your room but no privacy into a certain slice of your bedroom / sunroom if you have blinds open even in day time. Peering in through peripheral vision is almost hard to avoid. Honestly living here has been dreamy after escaping a mold ridden house prior to this. I felt like a queen with daily pool sessions listening to the birds, bubble baths, and using the efficient dishwasher.
