The customer service there is very much top tier. I went there to have someone check my battery. They ended up showing me a problem with my car thats gone unnoticed noticed and could be very detrimental to a specific area of my car. I truly appreciate Philip and Jarrod for being there and assisting me with my car issues! Im forever a customer.

Jarrod was the best mechanic Ive ever met! I had issues with my batter and went there to get a new battery. Once the new battery was put all the sensors went off in my Honda crv and I was panicking !He spent so much helping me and offering me suggestions and he was right! Once I drove the car all the sensors just dropped away! He was one of the kindest persons Ive met and he knows his stuff!

If I could give 1000 stars I would! I went into the store not knowing what I needed. The store manager said we are going to take great care of you and get you what you need. INDEED THEY DID! I was told the work I needed would cost 150 from other mechanics shops but when I went in the store they told me I could do it myself for less than 50 dollars I watched a video and got to work I was able to fix my light by myself and I was able to ask questions to make sure I was doing okay. My light is now running and this store made my whole day! Thank you so much for the GREAT customer experience support thank you Advance Auto and thank you to the manager!
