DANETTE DAVENPORT DIETZ
This cost my husband $130 with fees. Its only one week old. The roses have died and the lilies. 2 of the lilies never even opened before dying. Do NOT waste your money here.

I ordered flowers on a Friday for a Monday delivery. Certainly a tight time frame, and a potential challenge. However, I received a notification that the flowers were received by my wife at 10:30 Monday morning. Awesome, except she did not receive any flowers that day. An entire week elapsed, and no flowers ever arrived. As other reviews on here have echoed, the phone number listed is either always busy, or directs to a full voicemail box. I can't believe this is a real business. Very disappointing service.

Order some flowers for Valentines Day they never delivered the flowers said they would and when getting in contact with them they where Racist and discriminating terrible service and they refuse to give me a refund on a product I never received. Terrible place racist in store and thru the phone

Had the most awful experience with this establishment as I have ever had with any business in my life. They overcharged me by $5, didn't include the $6 mylar balloon I was charged for in the arrangement I ordered, delivery was to occur on a Wed but didn't take place until Friday (though I still got charged the $15 delivery fee on top of everything else) and they didn't even communicate the delay to me until I called them when they hadn't appeared by Wed evening (after multiple attempts to reach them by phone, a full voice mailbox, no reply to email or Messenger messages either). Whoever the man was who seems to run the operation and that I had to speak to was as rude, sarcastic, disrespectful and nasty an individual as I have ever spoken with, clearly has zero concept of or care about customer service, he even hung up the phone on me when I finally pushed back and had taken the last sarcastic comment I was going to allow him to make towards me. Ultimately, the delivery driver I spoke to blamed the online ordering process telling me I should have called insteadperhaps if they know the online process will mess up orders they shouldnt offer that option?? As a paying customer thats neither my problem nor my fault. I only wish I had seen all these negative reviews before using this place, they ruined the surprise and were deplorable - if I could give them zero stars, I would. The only good thing is the recipient of the flowers loved them so thats the most important thing to me. I seldom ever write reviews of any type but this is how strongly I felt about this business and our terrible experience.
