Holiday Inn Greenville - Woodruff Road, an IHG Hotel

I usually have good experiences at this hotel. I travel for work and this has been the hotel of choice for myself and staff. Today, I had the extreme displeasure of speaking with Jason at the front desk. I had booked a room for an employee using a credit card authorization, but the hotel informed the employee that there was no reservation found, even though I had email confirmation. I attempted to explain this to Jason and he began to raise his voice and was very rude in his delivery and tone. I reminded Jason that he was the worker and I was the client and not to speak to me in that manner. He then hung up on me. I finally contacted IHGs customer service number and was assisted with securing the reservation for the employee. Upon check in Jason informed the employee that I was rude to him and that he wouldve said the same thing to me in person that he did via phone.. He also said to make sure she told me his name, because he knew I would ask. Jasons attitude and behavior was absolutely horrible. It was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. For this reason, myself nor any of my employees will return to this location.

Wouldnt recommend..water pressure extremely low till the point you can barely take a shower couldnt get any assistance from maintenance or manager

The hotel is very clean the beds are very comfortable we were a bit disappointed with the size of the tiny pool and even though we paid for a hot breakfast there was barely any breakfast not even waffles like the stinky Days inn has.... And there was no microwave in our room. The sad part is we picked this place for the hot breakfast but there was no hot breakfast.
