Troy represented PuroClean very well. He was very helpful by explaining the process to me so that I would know what to expect. There were no unexpected surprises. It took the time he said and thankfully all was well. Damages could have been far worse.

Poor Clean, Troy and Hunter were sent to my home to help dry up a water issue. They were polite, helpful, always on time and always kept me informed of what was going on. When the time came to remove their equipment they cleaned everything up and then some! The owner/ manager also came out to my home to check on the progress. I highly recommend this company should you sadly ever have a water issue in your home!

Very professional, courteous, explanations clear and concise, always on time. Troy and Hunter did a great job. Hopefully will never need this service in the future but if I did, definitely would call PuroClean of Greer.

PuroClean was there when we needed them! Five days after closing on our house the basement flooded and the guys came out ASAP that day. They vacuumed the water and ran the air machines. The water was gone and the dehumidifiers did their job to keep our basement dry. We are thankful that we didn't have to sit around for days for a company to jump into action. If you want fast, dependable service and honest workers that go above the norm then give PuroClean a call.

Where do I begin! I know this is a lot to read but well worth the 5 Star rating!!! They are a class act company all the way around. First of all, my insurance company referred two different restoration companies for my claim. The other company contacted me A FULL WEEK later when Puroclean already had equipment in my home drying water from the damage. PuroClean's response was very fast considering the local weather situation (and comparatively). Secondly, Brandi was on top of my claim at all hours of the 24 hour day (literally) with updates (early am, during day, and late pm). She was thorough, very understanding, and made the process easy despite the severe nature of the claim. Lastly, Kevin and Josh were just as professional when they came to inspect yrje situation and set up equipment. They also were detailed in setting the expectations and explaining the process to me and being sensitive to me as a homeowner during my "flood experience". To summarize, they are professional and empathetic which made the whole process easier for me. THANKS PUROCLEAN for having such great workers. Not sure how the other workers are but if you get Brandi, Kevin, and Josh they are TOP NOTCH!!! Services: Flood restoration, Mold mitigation
