I had a leak in my toilet tank and water overflowed for 2 hours. By the time I was able to get a plumber, water damaged baseboards, floors, and most of my garage ceiling. Juan came to view the damage the next day and sent me a reasonable quote that afternoon. He and his crew came the next day with dehumidifiers to dry out my floors and garage. They went the extra mile in moving stuff and putting together storage shelves. I can't say enough good things about this company. Amazing staff! Services: Flood cleanup, Water removal

I had a major water leak from my refrigerator that caused the floor to sag. The leak was fixed but the floor was gone due to it leaking for a long time. Joe from Restoration 1 met me and discussed what needed to be done. His crew came out on time, removed the damaged wood, set out fans to dry ( took 3 days), and installed new sub flooring. All the time updating me. Joe and his crew were true professionals all through the job. I can highly recommend this company and this crew for outstanding quality and professionalism.
