I called early morning on valentines day for a dozen roses to be delivered the same day. I know sometimes that would be tough, if it's really busy. Dolores answered the phone and mentioned that it wouldn't be a problem, so I went forward with the purchase and gave them my credit card #. 1hr later, I was called and was told that my card was declined I was shocked. So I asked them to read me the numbers again and the did have 1 number wrong so I thought we were good... So another hour passed and same thing card is declined So now I was getting concerned I had them read everything thing back to me and they had another thing wrong the cvc # si finally I assume everything was fine so I asked them to check it and call me back. They never called me back and I checked my card and it was charged. I thought that finally everything is good but guess what? My order was never delivered, so I called back the next morning and I had them to cancel and refund my card they stated the will and I haven't got it yet... It was a terrible experience and I definitely had that card replaced.

Placed an order online and they delivered a beautiful arrangement to my mother-in-law! Above and beyond what I expected.
