A Design in Time

I would give zero stars if I could. The first pic is what I ordered and the second photo is what my mother in law received for her birthday a day late!!! $75 for garbage! It is mostly babys breath and the roses are already turning brown and my mother in law hasnt even had it for 8 hours!!! We will be requesting a full refund and want others to be aware of how unprofessional this florist is. They were supposed to be delivered on Jan 28 her actual birthday but no contact was made to let us know there would be a delay, no contact to let us know that the shop didnt have the flowers needed for the bouquet! Flowers were delivered a day later looking like trash! We will never order from 1800 flowers with this shop again! We will be calling a different florist for future orders. Dont waste your money or time! Worst florist and terrible businessman.
