        This is the second time in 6 months I’ve had to call them back because something was left undone. This time 5 hours later the inside house temperature was 82. When I investigated, I saw they left the fuse out of the box for the heat pump. Called the office about my concern about this and something else that might not have been done. They said a service manager would call me. Two days later still no calls. I guess my business is not important to them Service: HVAC maintenance
