I was really impressed with Southeastern Tubs in Charleston. Stuart was so helpful and helped me understand the array of products that could assist me. I highly recommend Southeastern Tubs and Stuart!! We are so pleased with the walk-in tub and service.

Had our walk-in tub installed about a year ago and have been so happy with it since day one! From the day Stewart walked in we knew we were in good hands; no pushy sales tactics, explained all details, understood our needs, offered suggestions and not as pricey as the one advertised on tv. Because we are seniors and have arthritic issues this tub allows us to take full baths with hydrotherapy benefits and not struggle to get out! Best investment ever and a new friend! Stuart Brown the owner of the company came out to meet me and my wife Beverly. He was so polite and nice. He unlike the other companies that we had out sat and listened to what we wanted and then asked us the correct questions to find out exactly what we wanted. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive item as a matter of fact he showed us ways to save money on our Walk-In Tub. I cannot explain how nice it was to have someone honest out and also take the time to listen to us and not make us sit for almost 2 hours before we could get a price. His installers were also extremely nice and cleaned up after we had the tub installed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! Thank you, Southeastern Tubs!

We signed a contract on October 15th, paid $6,000, and were told it would be in before Thanksgiving. It was not, and I have tried several times to contact them with only a text saying they would call the supplier and get back right after. We never received a call, and further attempts to contact Stuart have elicited no response. While its great that so many people have had good experiences with them, I cant provide a positive review; after two months and no word, Im very concerned we have lost $6,000.

I had a wonderful experience with Southeastern Walk-In Tubs, and hope to work with them again! I'm based in Charleston, SC, so local walk-in tub companies are limited. I love the beautiful selection of tubs available through Southeastern Walk-In Tubs. Shipping and installation were great. Highly recommend.
