Very rude staff. I wouldn't stay here. They lied about the pool being heated and I had booked a room to fit my family and they changed my room to a smaller room and we was very uncomfortable all night. I would never stay here again.

Let talk about the most expensive Embassy suite I have ever been to. More expensive than San Diego LA SF Phx Miami DC Denver Portland and Seattle just a few of the embassy suites I have been to recently While most embassy suites are about $225-$275 this is $350 my most expensive stay on a weekday at an embassy suites to date and totally NOT worth it First I am a diamond member and spend about 50k a year in hotels and by far my favorite place to stay is embassy suites Now this location is nothing like a normal embassy suites it looks and feels nothing like one and its attempt at being a nice hotel fails miserably its like in the middle of a felid behind another building with no view of the ocean it literally is in the worst location available on that part of the shore This location is the worst I have ever experienced It took a very long time to check in (over 30 minutes) because they had 2 people working the desk for 10 people trying to check in No valet No bellhop No real customer service Employees are rude and not helpful and parking is ridiculous with no bellhop it makes it very difficult to park your car and get your luggage to your room Southern hospitality does not exist at this location My room was awful and very small with no view. This is by far my worsts experience staying at an embassy suites and remember I am a diamond member with elite status. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7am (says so on the check in paperwork), but the employees appear to show up at 7am and breakfast did not start until 7:30am and not fully operational until 7:45 am. They literally have a mentally challenged person working as a busboy in the dinning room and she/he yells very loudly across the dinning room hellos and good mornings to the folks showing up for breakfast very annoying to have this behavior while trying to get breakfast while your now late for an appointment because breakfast was started late This location does not live up to my expectations of an embassy suites in my experience. I would stay far away from this location. I will never return here again. Hilton will be hearing from me!

This hotel is very beautiful on the inside with a very nice restaurant. The location close to the USS Yorktown is awesome and while you are here definitely walk behind the hotel to the pier behind the hotel and under the bridge. It's definitely worth the walk. The only downside to this hotel, even though it has a beautiful lobby and is clean and very nice, the room was shockingly smaller than any ES I have ever been too. The pull out couch almost can't open all the way because of how little room there is from wall to wall. The room was decent but way too small, it almost seems like the room doesn't go with the hotel. Now worse than the room is the parking garage. I guess it's half owned by the city and half owned by the hotel and there are two different guard gates before you get to the hotel parking area. This wouldn't matter, but your room key doesn't open the gate. You can use the Hilton Honors app, but every time I was coming in, the app only opened the exit gate, and every time I tried to leave, the app only opened the entrance. It's a mess! There is a button to press to get the front desk person, but they have to be not busy to answer it and all they do is open the gate without verification. Seems like the gates are pointless Hope they fix those issues

First I am a diamond member and spend about 50k a year in hotels and by far my favorite place to stay is embassy suites
Now this location is nothing like a normal embassy suites it looks and feels nothing like one and its attempt at being a nice hotel fails miserably its like in the middle of a felid behind another building with no view of the ocean it literally is in the worst location available on that part of the shore
This location is the worst I have ever experienced
It took a very long time to check in (over 30 minutes) because they had 2 people working the desk for 10 people trying to check in
No valet
No bellhop
No real customer service
Employees are rude and not helpful
and parking is ridiculous with no bellhop it makes it very difficult to park your car and get your luggage to your room
Southern hospitality does not exist at this location
