After leaving this review earlier today, I took my car to another tire center where it was confirmed that the sales managers at Firestone outright lied to me. They said that the new tire they installed was going flat because I had run over a bolt that was in the tire and that it wasnt covered and that I needed a new tire. The second place checked the tire and there was no bolt, no puncture and no damage. It was losing air because Firestone had not properly sealed the valve when installing the tire. It was a $10 repair, and Firestone was trying to strong arm me into buying a second $400 tire from them. THEY ARE LIARS & CROOKS. Do NOT go there ever.
Bad doesnt begin to describe this place They sold me a bad tire and refused to take any responsibility for it trying to say it was damaged by me (I assure you not the case.) Further, the employee turnover is off the charts, and one of their managers actually said to me they all waked out early today so Ive got no one here to help you. Wish I could fire them all theyre all disgruntled and incompetent. Way to instill consumer confidence, right? There are several trustworthy options in Mount Pleasant do NOT trust your car to these people.
