I have been dealing with aam for almost a year now on tring to get a perimeter fence fixed. After I finally get ahold of someone, they promise sevral times that they will get back to me and I never receive a call or email. I'm not an unreasonable person, but this is a little extreme.

If youre looking for community representation, do you and your community a favor and go elsewhere! The employees have very little interest in assisting and rectifying problems. When you present an infraction along with overwhelming video evidence of said problem they choose to tell you the evidence is hearsay. Save yourselves a massive headache and look for community representation elsewhere.

I have had the pleasure speaking with Elise Uzmack in the Heather Glenn development. As a resident there, she has been so helpful! Either she has the answer to your question, or gets back to you quickly. In a place of chaos and where the developer so awful, she really is a standout and someone we can go to.

I have lived here 12 years, and after 3 management companies and multiple managers, we finally have the "Perfect Team" for our community. Diana Kannenberg (property manager) is efficient, pleasant, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and resident accessible. Mindy Jones (life style director) is the best out of the previous 5, and the most innovative in the region. Judy Henson (administrator) is new, but has developed into a very thorough and efficient administrator with property policies. Chris Hagan (maintenance manager) is invaluable with keeping the property running and assisting with all other events in the community. Stacey Ugliono (resort hostess) has an uncanny ability to deal with residents in a pleasant and understanding manner. All are superb with residents and work together (even after work hours) to keep the community the Best in the area!
