Luxury Beach Rentals

The property was immaculately cared for and really helped us enjoy our time away. Property is well kept, condo unit is spacious, well stocked and exactly as advertised. Luxury touches like water filter on fridge, ice maker in freezer, dual tub and shower in bathrooms really helped make our vacation carefree.

Im completely shocked at the 5 star reviews. We are renting from Dunes Village Resort through Luxury Beach Rentals. Theyve had terrible communication. I was told when I booked youll receive a check in letter 3 days before. Never did. Two days before I had to ask. They had to re-send it. Then I was told youll get the door code by 3 pm day of check in. I didnt, again had to ask. I asked at 3:07 pm for my 4 pm check in. I waited 37 minutes, no response. I then called their number listed on check in letter. They were closed I had to be connected to their emergency line. After 9 minutes of being put on hold because we dont see that reservation under your name they finally found my pass code to get into the condo. She then sent it over. Talk about a stress inducing moment being 13 hours from home & not having the correct information to check into a resort you fully paid for months ago. Then the cold water was turned off so what was left in the pipes ran out during my 6 year olds shower. Scalding hot water burning him to screaming and crying. I ran in thinking he was hurt. I called, nobody answered left a voicemail. My husband fixed the issue, the cold water was turned off completely behind the sink, still havent received a call back from them. 100% dont recommend using this property rental. Book directly through the resort.

The location was Perrr...fect! The cleanliness was SUPERB! You needed ONLY to show up! EVERYTHING else was there! Diwn to a pitch Folk and as little as a deck of cards! We felt AT HOME and it made you care for it as though it was your own. Again EVERYTHING and then some was right there at your fingertips! OH BUT THE OCEAN! OCEAN! OCEAN! I tried to bottle it! Watching my Grandaughter practice her LaCrosse game on the beach with her Dad was speechless. I will be back God willing. Thank you for allowing me to stay!"

This is a beautiful place to stay in Myrtle Beach. You are close to things, but not in the chaos. Would definitely stay here again.
