        I have been with Allstate about 30 years.  Keith took over this office from the agent I knew.  Today I called to ask why homeowners insurance went up $467 this year and was told inflation for building costs.  I asked if that is even legal. Made no sense since prior increases much smaller.  Cindy laughed at me literally at whatever I had said and I asked again and she refused to speak- I asked her and she said she already answered and didn't want to upset me anymore and told me you are so upset.  I used normal tone of voice -did not raise my voice or use any bad language.  Just a really rude silly woman and no one has time for that. Getting new insurance today.
