The staff here has been generally nice, with the exception of one person by the name of "Dora". Avoid this employee and you should be fine

Been a customer with this bank for many years and made them my primary bank since the people at the branch were very helpful and friendly. Over the years, this bank has simply refused to adapt and get with modern tech. They don't offer any worthwhile investment tools at all and their online banking hasn't seen much of an update in the last 5 years. BUT there are other institutions to handle those needs and it is easy enough to transfer money back of forth to them. However, the last couple of years this bank has tanked. Their customer service is non-existent and rude. You'll never get a straight answer over the phone. They screwed up 2 ACH transactions this week, then made nearly $10k of my already available funds "pending" when I asked them to transfer them to a different account in the bank... something that would be instant online. This bank is slowly rendering itself obsolete and the happy and friendly atmosphere has been replaced with ignorance and agitation. I've already started moving all my accounts elsewhere and wanted to leave this as a heads up to others that might be considering First Citizens.

I walked into a physical bank branch after several months, and was extremely pleased by the customer service at this location of First Citizens on Woodruff Rd. Right from acknowledging your entry to taking care of the reason for your visit. The staff here is courteous and friendly. So I trusted them with my money !! Will do business with them again.

I love this bank. This has been my home bank since 2008. They are always helpful, happy, and informative!
