I just had a bad experience with the Simpsonville First Citizens Bank that I feel I have to share. I tried to call this morning on Friday, December 1st. The customer care line did not pick up my call and there was no way to leave a voicemail so I called the teller line to ask if I could talk to someone in customer care or get a call back. She transferred me to that line and it rang off the hook. I called back and she hung up on me. I called 5 more times because I need this issue fixed and 5 times she hung up on me. Finally on the seventh call, Tristan picked up. at this point Im very angry and he tells me I need to calm down. I explained I was only angry because my calls were being hung up on! I worked in the bank industry for years. I know what good customer service is, this is not how you run a business. if it wasnt for the loan we have there I would close this account. As the conversation progressed, Tristan listened and apologized, which is what you should always do when a customer is justifiably upset due to poor service (from a business that is taking our money!) That teller needs some customer service skills and thank you to Tristan for doing his job.
