    We've used Biopure regularly since the beginning of the pandemic and have been so happy with their services. Their professionalism is top notch. Everyone is a joy to work with. All of the technicians have been great and very respectful of our space and staff members. Our business requires a lot of close contact with the public and the service has given our customers additional piece of mind from the beginning. Outside of the covid concern, overall staff sick time reduced as well.

    I'll admit that they were quick to come out and assess the situation but then they go and charge $6800 to remove some drywall and leave fans and a dehumidifier. That is an astronomical amount of money for about 3 hours worth of work. Especially considering that our insurance said it should only cost about half that amount to replace it all. They're charging that much and it apparently doesn't include the replacement of the drywall and we have to find another contractor to fix the giant hole we now have. What a way to gouge your customers. When one of the employees came to take the fans and dehumidifier after having them running all weekend he told us that this seems to be a common occurrence with this company. My advice is get a price estimate before you sign anything. Also, the mess (scratches)to my hardwood floors will require new varnish to bring it back to shape.
