      I am sorry that you feel this way. It is our policy that our housekeepers do not enter rooms while guest are in the room. This is for their safety and the guest.

      image Do not expect to be swimming in the indoor pool and dont expect to have hot water when you shower.. oh, and dont expect to get your $150 deposit back either. Its still pending in my account . All they say is wait 31 days. It shouldnt take that long , period.

      Good morning,Our pool has been closed for renovations. It has been posted on Choice Hotels website. It is now open and ready for our guest. Unfortunately deposits are released from the hotel at check out and your bank has to release it to you. Most banks release it within 7 to 10 business days. If you are using a prepaid card such as Cash App it can take up to 30 business day.
