        Terrible service, never got close to the speed we were told. Price went up every year. Cherry on top was being charged nother month of service for 4 days of service, unaware they DO NOT PRO-RATE. 3 different phone calls with support and all of them said the same, "sorry, nothing we can do". Buyer beware.

        This is the most dishonest, corrupt, and money hungry company in history. They add services without the customers knowledge with the understanding that a percentage of people wont notice. They added cable to my account even though at the time it was added, a cable box was required to use cable. Ive never had a cable box, but I paid for cable for 3.5 years before I realized I was paying for it. Autopay is great, unless youre dealing with a corrupt company that randomly adds services hoping you wont notice. Thats Spectrum, the most corrupt company ever.
