Amazing, great, very personable customer service! The entire staff helped us out of a pickle that we were told by others could not happen. Autumn, Dom, the fellas name that stayed on the phone with customer service the entire time I was in there all amazing employees! The store manager, Janah, is amazing! She is a true, born problem solver and great manager of her team! Highly, highly recommend using this t-mobile retailer if you have to go into the store. Theres honestly not enough stars to give this team of employees, I work in retail myself and know what it takes to get the job done right and these guys have it down! This is a direct reflection on the managers and these people are top of the line!

I wish I could give zero. Awful customer service, so many customers came and simply left because how careless and slow they are. I recently moved there, and I am a tmobile customer over 10 years. I was there for t-mobile Tuesday perk, and they just make me wait and wait for more than 30 minutes, not only me but many other customers too. So many people came and left without even being helped. All other tmobile stores I went, I just show my phone and they give my merchandise instead of making me wait for so long. And when I told them I have little kids in the car the african american guy was so rude, and told me to go other store and he doesnt care about what service I am getting. The store was also smelling very bad like weed. All all costs avoid this store. I went the store on woodruff rd, they were so nice and I got helped in less than a minute.
