        Awesome staff from the front desk ladies to the hygienists to the dental assistants and dentist. Everyone takes the time to explain the process youre about to go through to ensure youre comfortable. Top notch office in Woodruff. Thank you

        I love the hygienists and some of the staff members. They are all kind. However, their dentist cost us an ER visit and close to a $1500 bill that we have to pay out of pocket. He admits to the issue and apologized. However, they refused to pay for the hospital bill because I didn't call an after hours line for them to tell me to get Earl Grey tea bags at midnight. This is not something that we should be left with hanging over our heads, considering why we even had to go to the ER to begin with. I would urge you to look elsewhere. I do not need staff to apologize. All I asked was that this bill be taken care of, and that was refused. I will be seeking legal advice and sending a complaint to the State Board of Dentistry!

      I'm sorry to hear about your experience, and I understand your frustration. Our doctors truly care about each of our patients especially after their procedure. That's why we offer emergency dental phone lines to get a hold of our doctors in an emergency. If we were aware of the emergency, we would have loved to see how we could fix the issue. Our office is unable to compensate for any other decisions made outside of the doctor's discretion.
