If I could lower stars I would! We have been filing with Jackson Hewitt for the past 3 years. Never had a problem until this year. Gina the owner acted like we were a complete inconvenience for us asking for copies of our tax returns. We recently lost access to a printer and KINDLY asked them for copies of our last 3 yrs of tax returns (legal reasons). She was completely rude, even though we gave her a call a week in advance. So I called back and asked for corporates # and she said, she's the owner of all the Jackson Hewitt in Rapid City and the call would come back straight to her and she'll just throw it in the trash. Very Unprofessional and will not be returning.
