        Terrible experience! Wish I could leave zero stars. Received a brand new tax preparer who did not seem like he was trained and kept making mistakes that I had to correct. Had to call his boss a dozen times for help. Misinformed me and said we couldnt move forward with filing so I went to my car and researched the issue and found that he was wrong so had to go back in and continue with filing. After almost 2 1/2 hours I asked for a discount and was told they did not have one for me and were still going to charge me almost $600 to filed. I grabbed my items and said absolutely not I will file my own return for free since I pretty much did it all myself and left. How can you justify charging that much money for an unqualified tax preparer? He almost did my taxes wrong but I caught the items he left out which would have drastically affected my return.
