      image Preemptive... Literally day before going there after talking kids up for a fun weekend with a pool and slide before a dance competition next day and... Get a call today saying the pool is closed with all the rest of the hotels booked in the area already. Wow...just wow. I convinced wife to book this because of the pool area. What a joke
      Edit: seems somebody had the same complaint a month ago so obviously there's an ongoing problem.

      image After 91/2 hr drive,, to find Pool and hot tub closed, you'd think price would come down or at least let people know when they book, especially when kids were excited.
      Also cancellation policy here is 48hrs and overpriced! Very dissapointing.
      Please mention on your Google overview when your facilities pool and hot tub are closed.

      image If your child is under 4 feet tall don't come here for the slide. We came for the pool and have a daughter that was two inches to short and they insisted she couldn't go.
