Susan was beyond helpful. One of my blinds broke, and wouldn’t raise up. She had to replace all of the blinds in my living room, because they don’t make the same fabric anymore. She installed them and they are wonderful. So worth the little bit of extra money to get quality blinds and such personal care.

Susan was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the process simple and easy. She met us at our home with many samples to show us, measured windows that day and worked with in our budget. We ended up adding on another room after our first order and she had then shipped quickly and installed with the rest of them. Install only took about a half hour! We absolutely love our finished product!
