        I could not be happier with this company and service! Susan was a gem to work with, the installation was such a treat, and the product was perfect! We absolutely love our blinds. They are so clean looking and extremely efficient. We will be doing the rest of the windows in the house the same and 100% through Susan at Gotcha Covered. Highly recommend to anyone needing window treatments!

        So thankful to have found a well-run business to replace our old cellular shades with new ones by "GotchaCovered." Susan, the manager/designer, was well informed of the products she carried and gave practical advice for what best fit each room. Her measurements were accurate in getting shades perfectly fitted for each window. Love the cordless shades--no more knotted cords! Also love the "top-down" and "bottom- up" shades that are easily adjusted for the lighting of the room at any time of the day. Her installers put the shades in easily, quickly, and correctly. When ready for future replacement of shades or drapes, "GotchaCovered" would be the first business I would contact. Thank you, Susan!
