We are moving from California to South Dakota and received a referral from our real estate agent to contact Gateway Mortgage to assist us with obtaining a mortgage to purchase a home in Summerset. We have been extremely pleased with the excellent customer service provided by Amber and all the staff at Gateway. They were knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant in guiding us through a cumbersome application process. The videos they provided at each step of the process were very helpful as well.
I would not hesitate to recommend Gateway Mortgage as a result of our superb experience with this company.

I dont think theres enough space here to express the amazing customer service Amber provided us through this process. Not only did she always explain every detail she was available 24hrs to help with any questions. She went above and beyond and we are very satisfied with her quality of work and people experience.
