Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville Antioch

We stayed here as we were passing through Nashville. The hotel was a little difficult to get to just because the exit and turn off the highway is a little abrupt. The staff were great and the room was very nice. The morning breakfast was tasty and seemed fresh. The hotel appeared to have been recently remodeled which helped with the overall appearance and feel. I recommend this hotel if in the area.

Very pleased with this hotel. Im a picky person but overall the rooms were great. What also impressed me about my stay at this location was the fact a security company patrols on site at night at this hotel. I read the reviews and knowing live security was at this location was one of the primary reasons i made a decision to book my stay here. I have kids and safety is important to me. Especially when visiting new places. Im a night owl so when getting coffee I even spoke with the security officer inside the lobby area. The security officer was very kind and respectful. My experience at this location was amazing in all honesty. The front desk assistant was extremely kind to me as well. Answered every question I had about Nashville. I really wish more hotels were like this! Ill be coming back to this hotel the next time I visit Nashville.

Turning down Collins park drive I noticed a couple of crackheads holding cardboard signs asking for money just a few feet away from the hotelHorrible customer service! I greeted the front desk lady when I arrived and stated my last name telling her I have a reservation and she did not greet me back, she looked at me as if I owed her something then she handed me a paper for me to sign and then slide the room key and pen to me. When I was getting ready to pay for the room she asked if I was aware of the 100 deposit and I said no that was not mentioned online when making the reservation. She then said well yeah its 100 for deposit and she also charged me for the whole stay before I even checked in and they do not take gift cards but it is not displayed anywhere in the lobby. The front desk lady did not seem as if she wanted to be there. The room was semi cleanedsticky stuff on the desk and stains on the floor and sofa. I could hear cars go by all night long (located very close to highway) I was not able to sleep. I would never stay here again!

Rooms were very spacious. Front desk clerk was very helpful and polite. Pool was very clean. Would stay here again! Also, breakfast was amazing!

I do a lot business in Nashville and had something come up. I needed to find a hotel fast and based on reviews decided to book a room here. Ive never stayed at this location before but I must admit I was very pleased with this hotel. I drive a very nice vehicle so location was extremely important to me. Car Thefts are big especially where i live in Chattanooga. Upon arriving I could appreciate the fact this hotel has an actual Security Company on site patrolling and walking the premises during the night. Also the front desk answered all of my questions i had and the room was pretty nice too. The breakfast was descent. Location was very convenient for me because its by the interstate and not far from where I needed to have my meetings. Definitely a hotel Ill be staying at again when coming back into town.
