The room wasn't terrible. The staff was. From the beginning of our trip the management treated us poorly. The maintenance people and the managers pick their favorites and they lie about things that have happened and talk down to you. They keep your deposit even when no damages are done, and make up lies about why you won't receive it. They go into your room when you aren't there and take pictures, which I've checked with city hall and chamber of commerce, and that's illegal. They have to give 24 notice before any type of inspection. The maintenance man is constantly going to the parking lot to pick drugs up under the hood of a a vehicle that looks as though it's being worked on. They also put us in a room directly under a convicted sex offender and didn't notify us of it at all. They gave us a notice to clean our room, and they'd be back for a second inspection, they never came back for the inspection, they just threw us out. They tell us our daughter cant play with balls or toys outside but their family that lives here can throw balls at people's doors and it not be an issue. They say u can't have animals, including service animals, but the workers have them. I guarantee you that any good review you see has either been paid to do so, or they're friends/family with the people in the front. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else. Usually I'd say you get what you pay for, but human decency isnt something you should have to pay for, regardless.

The staff is friendly, and the rooms are comfortable.
