        Will NEVER recommend this bank to another TTU student. Have had fraudulent charges hitting an account that I believed to have been closed years ago. Instead of looking into the questionable charges that randomly started hitting an account that hasnt been touched in YEARS, they call and tell me Im being sent to collections and my only option is to mail them cash or check to fix it. Mailed out forms to close the account and the money needed last week and suddenly I owe even more because another charge hit. Ridiculous. Feels extremely scammy.
