I just wanted to get on here and share what a wonderful experience I had tonight at Ulta In Cookeville Tennessee. The young lady who helped me with an exchange, was named Chloe. She handled the situation with grace And was very efficient and helping to solve my problem. My experience tonight has made me never want to buy make up from anywhere else!

If you are handicapped please dont shop here they have no handicap precautions. They dont even allow wheelchair chairs or buggies to hold yourself up with in the store. I was told to leave instead of them finding a solution. Please go elsewhere for your make up needs if you know and love someone handicap! Support businesses that support you and the people you care about!

Im so frustrated I have a small beauty page, where I review and test out new beauty products and Im telling you what.. Ive NEVER seen a store like this Ulta. Ive complained multiple times and nothing has changed. I check the app when new products come out to make sure theyre in store. Today, my husband drove 40 minutes to pick up a new urban decay product that the app said was available in store. They didnt have it. So I asked about a separate new product from urban decay didnt have it. Then I asked about a new Polite Society Eyeshadow Palette didnt have it. These all said in they were available in store or for pick up. This is probably the 10th time in a year this has happened among other things. Like when I placed a pickup order for a palette and they put a disgusting tester palette in the bag, or how they dont answer the phones, but my FAVORITE thing they do when you put in a pickup order, is they mark things as out of stock, just so they dont have to go get them. My husband and I both have went inside to find the exact items they marked as out of stock. I dont know who the general manager is, but customer experiences like this arent ok. Im just a small beauty influencer, but when your local Ulta sucks.. it can really affect your platforms.
