We purchased a couch from D.T McCall approximately a year ago. Before the warranty was up, the couch was showing unusual wear, and also one seat on the couch has a wire going across the surface of the seat, that can be felt. We called, someone came out and agreed to replace that particular seat. But we had to wait for parts to arrive from China. It's been six or seven months, and nothing. When we called them, we were under warranty. We've asked for a new couch or a refund, and nothing. It appears D.T McCall does not stand by their products.

I remember going here and was going to pick up a couch and loveseat. I asked the lady if the item had any discount for same day purchase given it was years end. She "called" the manager/owner ..and after 10 minutes or so she came back and said they would take $50 (yes FIFTY bucks) off the item because that same item costs more in Nashville! Seriously? YOU ARE IN COOKEVILLE! This is the issue where these businesses in Cookeville try so hard to live in the shadow of Nashville which by the way is over an hour away. She would have been better off just saying the price is the price! We would have simply accepted that and picked up the items. Lesson: don't insult your customers. Perhaps not the lady's fault but geez...make an effort. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere and the proud owner of a nicer Nautica Couch and loveseat from HomeGoods, which by the way cost more. You try to support local businesses but sometimes the pretentiousness is just too much to deal with. I haven't gone back there, and I don't intend to ever again.
