      image I've been a Farmer's Insurance customer for years and have always been treated exceptionally well by all of the other agents I've dealt with. That was the case until I came here. Working with this particular agent and company has been a complete nightmare. They are disorganized, routinely do not return calls, and more. My insurance was dropped several times despite making necessary changes to my property and I cannot get them on the phone to answer questions. They put me and my assets at risk with their disorganization, lack of communication, and haphazard cancellation.
