        I had great service since 2011 up until 2016. Since then the prices keep changing, poor internet service, and some friendly to unfriendly techs. The customer service dept tried for the last 5 to 6 mos to help with the internet and billing issues, but I have come to decide it was time for the service to come to an end since there was so much issues for months

        My mother came in to inquire about how much it would be to keep her internet on after the ACP ended and the male that she dealt with was rude and disrespectful. Why work in customer service if you want to disrespect someone. That is someones mother, dont ever forget that. Im sure you wouldnt want your mother letting you know she was just trying to find out some information and someone was disrespectful to her.
