Check in was pressured. First room we looked at on first floor by pool, the beds had worn low spots. Mattresses were very outdated and room was musty smelling. Asked for another room. Went to second floor and the beds and room were in same condition except the mattress was torn, see photo. Asked for a third room and after being told there was no refund we knew we had to settle. Once they take your money they will not refund under any circumstances!!! So like your room before paying! The third room smelled nicer but beds were same. The mattresses are as old as the hotel. People come to hotels to get good sleep not to pay high rates to listen to the mattress and bed frame make noise as you toss and turn all night. I would not recommended. Go down the road to a newer hotel. Had a pool but water very cloudy not sure if chemicals were balanced. The pool room did have high chlorine smell could have been from the hot tub. They have tried to update the building by painting and new carpet. I wish they focused on mattresses more. Good night sleep is most important. Place did have a breakfast bar. Food was hot with several options like other hotels. Coffee comes out of a machine, not a coffee maker, meaning it was very watered down. Another way to save a buck, very sad.

They have good quality breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Good place to sleep.

I left a bad review of this hotel by mistake. It was supposed to be for another hotel in Jackson, TN. My apologies to the management and staff. I've been to this hotel and it is everything you'd want in a hotel. Ckean rooms, well kept building and grounds and a friendly and efficient staff. Once again my apologies for my bv error.
