Nice place to stay when you need to stop for a night or two on your trip. A couple of places to eat, and a couple of gas stations. Close to the highway for easy on/off access.

The front desk at this hotel has extremely bad customer service skills. On Sat 3/2/24. the staff was observed to be extremely short and curt with a waiting check ins. there was obviously insufficient management leadership during the check in process. When I finally got to the check in place the clerk tells me they have no reservation for that nite. I specifically showed a confirmation number for a pay at desk room confirmation. I had to find another hotel. On 3/4/24 i noticed a charge in my credit card by hampton Inn. There were no services provided. As protocol would dictate i opened an investigation to recover the $149 charge for zero services. My bank provider suggested going to pick up any documentation from Hotel to attempt to resolve internally. I attempted this and was met by a front desk employee Jessica, she was extremely rude and blaming. She clearly got agitated and aggressive with my request as it was clear she had not been trained and she could not professionally control her emotions. This was noticed by other employees and customers in lobby as her voice became aggressive. I will pursue my dispute of this charge and further will never stay or recommend this Hampton Inn again. I realize that an inexperienced overly emotional employee does need to be trained and everyone can become better at their job. This incident is a clear mistake by the merchant and lack of customer service training
