      • Fast Exit

        Won't return call. I wanted to purchase a minisplit. I called but there was no answer so I left a message. I waited 2 weeks and called again speaking with Kenny Taylor directly. He could not give me prices of any minisplits and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few weeks and just gave up. It has now been over a year. If it is this hard on the front end to get a call back on a pre-sale, I can't imagine how hard it would be to get a call back if you purchased a unit from them and had issues.

Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, Heating system repair, A/C system dismantlement, A/C system repair, Installation, Install thermostat, Thermostat repair, Ventilated ceiling repairs, Install AC, Thermostat installation
