While residing here, Nina was the most helpful leasing agent I couldve asked for. She was extremely attentive, cared so much for her clientele, and would always respond so quickly and thoroughly. She would constantly alleviate any stress revolved around moving and made me as comfortable as possible as a transplant to Tennessee. She works hard to assure your experience and the entire duration of your time here is as smooth and exciting as possible. I knew I could count on her for anything. I absolutely loved my time at 1505 from Nina to maintenance to the beautiful complex. If you love night life and staying entertained, the location is perfect. Everything you could need in Nashville is all walking distance. I will definitely be recommending others to check out 1505.

I came in shopping for a new home. The apartments were modern with nice amenities. The staff was great specifically Nina who I probably annoyed with all my questions but she handled the all perfectly.

The office staff amazed me with the quickness and quality care they provided. Made me feel very at home even when i was only touring. Definitely one of the best staff i have ever experienced.
