Stayed at The Time to Remember cabin. The staff was helpful and called us during our stay to see if we needed anything.Very nice had everything we needed. It needed dusting but was clean,bed was comfortable and we were close to town. Would definitely would rent from this company again.

Stayed there a few yrs back and enjoyed it. Very clean, fully stocked. Just bring your clothes and groceries and you don't need anything else. Very roomy and comfy. We are a family of 6 and were accommodated comfortably. Very nice staff and the views are breathtaking .

I took my family of 15 which was me and my wife, our kids, their husbands and wife, and our 6 grandchildren. We stayed at the Hawks Nest which is in the Hidden Springs resort. From the outside it was what you would expect to see. But there are major problems. There is zero yard so dont plan to have the children outside. Once inside, here we go. I had to fix two door knobs that were falling off bedroom doors. Out of 5 TV's, you could only have two on at a time because when you turned on another, it told you that you had to turn one of the other three off. The advertised gameroom has two games, one was golf and the other was a dinosaur shooting game which didnt work and I don't play golf. I was there for the grandchildren. I had to hammer down nails on the steps so none of the grandchildren cut their feet that were sticking up a good 3/4 inch. There was broken glass in the rocks at the porch that we got up so no one with us or future would be hurt. And most importantly or most dangerous is the KNOB TO TURN ON THE GAS FOR THE LOGS was low enough for my two 18 month old grandsons to turn on so once they found it, that was all they wanted to touch. For the $1700 three night stay, spend your money elsewhere because I'm sure there are many many nicer places. The only reason I gave it a 3 star was because it was close to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge but I will never go back and please do not be deceived by the photos in the advertisement. I took photos of everything I fixed and everything that I stated in this review. I just want people to get their money's worth, especially with larger families with kids and grandchildren. God Bless!
