This place will rent out a home that is in a deed-restricted area. The general manager is a licensed Real Estate agent with the State of Tenn allows rules and regulations to be broken because he says it is not his place. Hence - I can break the rules because my boss says to do so. Hmmmm.! That sounds very complicit and puts your license at risk. But hey - have to let the legal begals sort it out. Customers need to be aware of what they are renting. Afterall, it is not fair to customers and the homewoners that follow the rules.

Amazing place to stays with reasonable prices regarding the property having our own personal private pool and hot tub along with a community center that provided a fun place for the children to play snook ball and offering more hot tubs! Conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg, TN! Rooms: Amazing place to stay! Nearby activities: Located close to downtown Gatlinburg, TN! Safety: Secure place to stay!

A business should abide by rules and do it with honor. I guess they dont make enough money in areas that allow sort term / vacation rentals to operate. They are like a disease that spreads into a deed restricted area to operate. This sounds like fraudlent activity. I see no disclaimer on one property that is in a deed restricted area. Thinking out loud: Who is the worse? The owner(s) that know about the deed restrictions, the owner of the licensed rental / vacation lodging business (also knows about deed restriction), person taking reservations (that are aware of the deed restrictions) or the general manger that is a licensed real estate agent in Tenn (also know about deed restrictions)? At any rate, they keep booking and filling up spots. The customers that are paying for this particular property dont even know. I am sure if this house gets shut down, they will tell their guests we have to move you to another cabin and wont fess up with a refund. Lastly, people who brag about their huge wallet, people they know in authority power and think they are above the law and rules are lacking in a lot of areas. However, greed is not one of them.

Extremely Disappointing Cabin Rental Experience I regret to report that my recent stay at this cabin rental was a complete disappointment. The experience was far from the relaxing, enjoyable retreat we had envisioned and I feel it's necessary to share the issues we encountered for the benefit of future guests. Firstly, the indoor pool, one of the main attractions of the rental, was uncomfortably cold throughout our stay, making it impossible to use. Not to mention we received a call while driving to the cabin, the day of arrival, someone would be working on the heater for pool. So it was obvious they were aware of the issues prior to the day we were to arrive. We also discovered bugs in various areas around the cabin, which was far from pleasant or hygienic. Dead roaches to be exact! More concerning was the fact that the water in the cabin had an offensive smell resembling rotten eggs, making it unpalatable and unsuitable for use. This was a major inconvenience for us, compounded by the discovery of items left behind by previous guests, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning between rentals. The water smell was so horrible we were afraid to use it to cook with, shower in, or even brush our teeth with! The problems did not stop there. We experienced water leakage from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen, causing further disruption and inconvenience. Just so happens the maintenance guy had stopped by for another issue and was able to witness the water pouring into kitchen. To make matters worse, despite these significant issues, management did not offer any solutions, compensation, or even an on-time response. The lack of customer service in the face of such serious problems is unacceptable and left us feeling ignored and unvalued as guests. In summary, this was absolutely the worst cabin rental experience I have ever had. I strongly advise potential guests to consider other options before booking this property. Future guests deserve to be aware of these issues and management needs to take urgent action to rectify these problems and improve their customer service. Rating: 1/5 stars.
