        Horrible. Branch Manager Lupe Reyes, customer service agent Taylor. Rude, unresponsive, did not help whatsoever. Wastage of hours. Definitely will be filing a complaint against the manager at this location Lupe Reyes. Its his responsibility and the lack of professionalism or helpfulness down throughout his staff falls upon him. Ive filed a complaint and if the Branch Manager see this. Please do better communication and customer service should be forefront and in this interaction you have severely lacked it. You have lost a customer, do better.
