        Most unhelpful staff ever. I spent 20 minutes today at noon waiting in line with a package that needed a printed label only to be told that I need to use the self service computer to print it off. Then had to get behind people that were in line to use the printer, then get behind another line for the self-service Amazon return dropoff. Pretty damn ridiculous that I spent over 30 minutes here just to return a package when the staff I waited in line for could've made this so much faster. I never want to use this UPS store again.
