As an Austin Interior Design firm, we use Ann Sacks tile regularly in our residential projects, and work often with them at the Austin store. Annarae and the team are always so great to work with both in the showroom (often with our clients) and beyond, helping us place large and complicated orders, and following through with amazing customer service. Loved working with the Austin team. I am a real estate agent and was in need some in-stock tile for a house that was coming on the market soon. Our whole process start to finish was executed virtually and flawlessly! My samples arrived in under a week with various option that fit with our budget and timeframe. After our tile was selected Carly even helped suggest the best grout colors that would enhance the already installed countertops for a cohesive look. We ended up also purchasing some plumbing for the kitchen in the new matte black color and the quality is incredible. Thank you for being easy to work with in such a weird time and making my clients happy! I am based in CA and my clients are based in Germany so this was not an easy feat!
