Service was great. It was my sons prom and everyone was on time. Staff was courteous and able to answer all questions. I was very satisfied and felt confident in the service for my teen son.

The limo driver was on time, but when she dropped us off at the destination she would not answer our phone call to pick us up so I tried to call the main guy to see what was going on and he just said the lady should be in the parking lot and then the call hung up so I tried to call him back and he declined my call every time after that so my group had to go find the limo and WAKE THE LADY UP to drive us back AND the limo cannot even connect to our phone directly when it comes to playing music, we only had a speaker that we were louder than, which I did not know beforehand because I would have NOT booked the limo if I wouldve known we could only play music though a speaker instead of the actual limo itself, how ghetto, definitely WILL NOT ever use this limo service again
