Baytown Express Taxi

Called for rates but they don't answer. Sounds like phone is busy but with a very fast busy sound. Smh

I used to use this cab company back in 2012-2013. While I was using Baytown Taxi, I did like the night shift drivers. They were always on time, and if they weren't, they called to tell me if they were running early or behind. One time, I did get into a situation where I called for a cab and they never showed up, no phone call, nothing...and I had to find another way home. Well, I called them the next day and the driver not only refunded me, but he didn't charge me for the whole trip, going and coming from my destination. I was happy with this particular driver. However, later on in 2013, I continued to call for a cab and the driver would go on as to saying they were backed up 3-4 hours and he would tell me that every time I would call. It got to the point that in which I finally had to give up on them. My heart was broken by the fact that Baytown Taxi went downhill.

The driver was so helpful and courteous and very fun to ride with! It a very fun time!!!!
